SPS Fitness is the home of the James Jenkins Lift Us Foundation. All profits go directly towards supporting the next generation of superheroes; building strong, confident, resilient, and healthy young people by using the tool of strength training and weightlifting.
The Lift Us Foundation has provided over $250k in tuition support since 2016, has helped over 600 athletes, and produced 3 national champions.

Flowhouse is Oakland's newest BIPOC & LGBTQIA-centered movement space, founded by Rozz Nash.
They offer co-working as well as a range of wellness classes, like yoga, pilates, dance, and other restoration practices.
