The space
A 4-acre complex of beautiful, historic brick lofts and warehouses with 142,000 sq. ft. of interior space, located on the site of the former California Cotton Mills.
Minutes from downtown Oakland and the Oakland airport, and a short BART ride or drive from San Francisco.
Community
Home to a variety of local businesses, non-profits, and organizations with deep roots in the local community.
Twelve artists studios, a photography studio, and a co-working space thrive in the lofts at The Loom.
We host regular events and activations, from markets & fairs supporting local vendors, theater performances, art exhibitions, talks and panels, to large-scale music & dance events.
